Entry to the directory is free, and no payment can change your score or ranking. This page explains how to update your listing details, challenge a score, or ask for removal. Updating listing details

Wrong phone number, outdated hours, an old address, services you no longer offer: send us the correct detail plus something we can verify it against, like your website or your Google Business Profile. Verified corrections are applied to the site and pinned so future data refreshes do not overwrite them.

Disputing a score

Scores are never adjusted by hand. A dispute means you believe the listing is pulling data from the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-examine the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher score.

Requesting removal

We remove listings for permanently closed businesses, duplicate entries, or businesses outside the scope of this directory. If your business is active and accurate, your listing will stay. We re-verify all listings monthly, which automatically catches and removes closed businesses. If your removal request is declined, we explain why in writing.

How long it takes

Every request gets a response within 5 business days. If your request is approved and is for a removal, the change goes live within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason.
